Review: I joined Avenue beach club in hopes to enjoy the beach,especially on the weekends which are prime beach days. The club then rented itself out to a third party almost every Sunday since July to host night club events. They bring in Dj's and blast music and the members don't have access to the beach club. They state that the put chairs in front of avenue restaurant which is underneath the board walk.

I have not been able to use the club due to these parties. They had agreed to refund me half but have not yet done so and my emails have not been answered.

I would like a full refund. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people.Desired Settlement: Full refund is the only acceptable outcome. I have spent a fortune on food and beverages at the restaurant and probably would have done so at the beach club had I had access.

I paid for a beach club and didn't have access almost all summer and to add insult to injury the people have ignored my countless emails to rectify the issue.

Review: On 6/13/2015 7:05 PM, I used [redacted] to pay $164.45 dining check. However Le Club bills me $308.90 and it overcharged me by $144.45. Please investigate whether this practice is intentional or not. Please adjust the billing.
