Customer initiated a charge-back 2 days after the order arrived to them stating how it never arrived. Customer then contacted us in regards to a repair issue. We asked for them to cancel the charge-back so we could send the board back to them. They told us they have cancelled the charge-back,...

however when we reached out to the credit card company they told us no attempt at cancelling the charge-back has been made. The customer, want's the charge-back to be processed and for them to be able to keep the board they claim "they never received". We are currently working with the credit card company and customer to get this resolved for all parties.
