Business says they are 'working with the credit card to resolve this' which is falseI was forced to open a dispute with [redacted] after their refusal to appropriately helpI received multiple very unprofessional e-mails during the exchange with the business where I was basically told that I would have to pay the return shipping on the gloves even though I very clearly showed evidence that the gloves were misrepresentedI am attaching images of the glove represented on their website which I should have received vsthe glove that I actually receivedThe glove that I actually received is far superior and is a $model vsthe Deluxe model represented on their website which is worth what I paid

Tri North Lighting does not have an order for this customer, furthermore we researched our system and could not find this customers name or address as wellWe sell commercial lighting product that are typically business to business transactionsI think this customer has filed this complaint against the wrong company

We sent notification to the customer via email the day they placed their order stating the item was going to be on backorder until October 18thWe let them know that they could simply respond to cancel the order or if we did not hear from them we would ship the item when it came inThe customer
never responded to that emailWe will issue a full refund since the customer is asking for a refund

This issue is being dealt with through a current credit card disputeCustomer was given all appropriate information to return the items

Hello, all orders for the shine costumes were cancelled around October 10th and we sent an email stating they were not going to be in stockWe issued full refunds on the 10th to all outstanding orders for shine costumes

I still believe Tri County Lighting and www.ledchristmaslighting.com is the same companyTri County Lighting it the company associated with that website address for Revdex.com and they share the same mailing address

This customer was given clear return instructions on how to return items for a full refund on January 12thThe return policy clearly states items must be returned within days of reciept The customer failed to return the item to our company within the day return policy that is set in
our terms and conditions which would have been early Febuary. At this point we will not accept a return since we are past the return period

When the customer ordered the item the advertisement clearly stated that the item the customer ordered was going to be available on October 27th and we would ship the item in plenty of time for HalloweenWe will cancel the order and issue a refund per the customers request.FYI, we ship over
orders a day during peak Halloween season, so we are bound to have a few complaintsThat does not mean we are a bad company

Revdex.com:I was dialing the correct phone number*** and the seller knows this. It WAS at the time on his website and on the invoice. He said, oh, well, that's not our main number. On October 28th, I signed into my account and clicked ' contact us' and asked for a return label or instructions to return the item. See email attached with me asking for my sign in infoI did let him know that I would post reviews of my bad experience and his poor customer service.

This item was shipped to the customer October 23rd under USPS Tracking Number: [redacted] and delivered on October 26th. The return period expired 30 days later (November 26).This customer was calling the wrong telephone number for the past 60 days. She finally looked at our...

website today and called the proper phone number and we answered. When we told her that there is a 30 day return policy she became very irate and said she was going to do nothing but leave bad reviews on our website. Furthermore our website return policy is stated clearly and a customer has to just simply return the product to our company within the time period without even speaking with our customer service. [redacted] 4th Paragraph All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We are very strict on this policy and we inspect every return for signs of wear or use. Please make sure you return all the appropriate parts for the item you are returning. If the item looks like it has been used or is missing parts, we will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for any broken electrical wires or light bulbs caused by improper installation. We make the return process very easy so you do not need to wait on the telephone for a return authorization.
