Led Display Signs Co Inc

I purchased an LED sign from this company, the sign worked well but on one occasion when I plugged it in, it lost all of it's stored data. I was unable to reprogram it successfully so I called the company. Although their outgoing message said that they pride themselves on customer service & customer satisfaction I received neither. I placed four phone calls over five working days ( Monday to Friday) each time I called I received the same message: All agents are busy with other callers, please leave a message and we will get back to you quickly. I never received any calls, or any response to my messages. Not Good!
