At this time, I have been contacted directly by LED Outfitters regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have been contacted by LED outfitters and they are unwilling to honor their original offer to send out replacement lighting modulesThey
will not issue a RGA for the defective product and are less than cooperativein the customer service area

The customer has received a refund from his credit card company

What color modules are you missing? I can have them sent out

response to the BOB, however, I have all emails saved and no response regarding this issue was ever sent to meI attempted multiple times to resolve issue and I was never told this informationInitially, business advised me that both items had shipped, until I provided tracking information showing otherwise.Also, the items I did receive do not function as described, and I have received no tech support regarding that issue

As per a email sent on april ** and may * customer was informed that the custom order light may take up to 10 businesses days to ship the light is scheduled to ship at the end of the week if they have ay other questions they can reach us at ###-###-####

I apologies for the delay. The warranty items will be sent today.

I need 8 yellow modules from them, sent to our address on file and would like a tracking number when shipped. After the parts have been received I will than like to close the complaint. This resolution has been promised several times before with no results. Please contact me with any questions.

Customers order wasn't shipped until his check cleared. His order was shipped on Friday June [redacted] 2015 after the funds cleared.

customer is waiting on one product which he was offered a refunded if he didnt want to wait customer said he would wait for it unfortanly it didnt come in as scheduled if he doesnt want to wait we can refund it
