I was in need of a car in DEC and decided to take my business to CarizmaThere pitch at the time was ....come in with your last pay ck and have your taxes figured out and use the money coming to you as a down paymentI did just thatCarizmas employees knowing my work situation estimated my taxes at They asked me to give down at that moment and when my taxes are actually doneI agreed to this per the estimated taxes Carizma told me I was getting backI had no problem with thisFast forward to April I have my tax papers and I again have Carizma doing my taxes as promisedCome to find out Carizmas first estimate on my taxes due to me was completely WRONG by Carizma states either pay the rest of the promised or return the carI was completely floored by the general managers ( *** is his name ) rude and very poor attitude towards me at this pointI asked how he could hold me to the agreed upon amount when his employee did not give me an accurate amount that was going to be refundedhe stated he did not care it was what we agreed onI was very upset that the manager was acting like this and I advised him I would take care of the payment Monday( keep in mind this happened on a Friday) At that point I advised him I needed to go back to work and I hung up and did just thatMy husband called me close to the end of the day at 4:and advised me the car had been picked up! Mind you the car payment was NOT due as a matter of fact this payment was taken out automatically from my account every weeks so I wasn't late and I had already advised Junior I was taking care of the issue Monday The reason Junior and Carizmas employees stole the car is to "teach us a lesson"He was upset that I made him made and blamed his employees for the issue we were going throughHe left us walking from work because his feeling got hurt! I decided at that moment I would not accept this car back and I refused to do business with such a unprofessional person and businessMy husband called after getting home and was offered the car I had him refuse itWe went to another car lot and picked out a car without problems and went to go pick up our things and we were still offered the car back againAgain we refusedHad this mad done his job and listened to a upset customer and the issue instead of acting like a little girl and arguing back , had he took the time to resolve the issue instead of getting mad and " getting even" by picking this car up we would still be doing business with themunfortunately from my understanding they do this often
I was hesitant because of the reputation that buy here pay here car dealers have but my experience with Carizma motors on Frankfort has been nothing but positive for the last three yearsI got a car that I've never had a single problem with and nothing but friendly staff and great customer service
