I am rejecting this response because:I would be willing to accept a refund from the business, HOWEVER I still have no way of communicating with them other than through the Revdex.com. They have my contact information from my order, but they have not reached out directly to me. Unfortunately, LED KIX has shut down their website and the facebook page so I have no way of communicating directly with them or finding out their contact information. They can look up my information and reach out to me to let me know how they plan on issuing my refund. The next step is for me to contact the Utah Division of Consumer Protection to have them resolve this
