by a previous contact that you had for Led Lenser USA. Unfortunately we did not receive this document in time to respond within the requested days from the date of the letter and are doing so now It is the policy of Led Lenser to repair our lights still under our generous year warranty at no charge to the customer as long as the failure is a defect in material or workmanship and not the result of abuse, alterations, theft, loss or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use. Besides fixing the documented problem, we will ship the product back to the consumer at our expense using a trackable shipping service. It is not Led Lenser’s policy to pay the initial shipping cost from the consumer to us because many claims we receive are not a result of defective material and/or workmanship or even one of our authentic products, for that matter We have attempted to contact the complainant using the information provided by the Revdex.com in the complaint but all attempts have been unsuccessful We hope to consider this matter satisfactorily settled with the Revdex.com as a result of these attempts Thank you, Led Lenser Warranty
