Each day I receive this complaint, each day I respond to this email and also directly to Mr *** Ordering and processing and manufacturing of Led fixtures are custom and per order, nothing sits on a shelf like old style fixtures you can purchase at Home Depot, I understand the Boards frustration and Mr ***'s My phone is my business phone and not disconnected, I get calls each weekI have some positive news on the order, I hope to get a confirmed ship in date by next week The process goes into production overseas, orders are part of larger orders, shipped by container loads, then any freight pallets, get shipped back to Hawaii, I have asked to have the fixture order be shipped by [redacted] once they arrive on mainland, to expedite delivery....But, if I'm given days to remedy, allow that to happen, then place a complaint w Revdex.com if it's not remedied satisfactorily

I received the email from Mr*** as the complaint to give me days to remedy, the same day as receiving this complaintI have responded both ways to Mr *** personally and Revdex.com Then give me the days to remedy and do my best to get delivery of itemsSo I don't understand the rejection? I am working diligently as the best I can do in my capacity of a sales rep I have recieved some positive news that the order is on its way, trying to get a firm ship & land date.I looked back at the timeline of placing an order in Sept , but with no payment, I invoiced the company in Sept w no response for monthsWhen they saw a shipping and tax added it went back to the committee for reapproval, Being told the check was in the mailIt took months to arrive and then was incorrectWhich I had to get replacedAny companies policy is payment for a custom product or fixture unless they have net billing based on OACBut there is a minimum order of $or more. Again, I don't manufacture fixtures, I place and process orders , and must wait as well, Led fixtures do have a long lead time, as they are manufactured in China or Korea From the time of actual placing and confirmation of order is still in a reasonable timeline. I have responded to Mr *** that I would deliver in he day given or will process a refund

I am rejecting this response because:the check was corrected and sent 10/7/to him with no problem on our endit has been well over weeks since we purchased the fixtures and sent the checkMy Board is the one making the decisions here and are very ***et at his delivery and his excuses he can't get the fixtures to us* months is a long time in waiting and if you call Hawaiiana Management Company they can give you the exact date he cashed the checkI have received no email from him since his last email before I sent out the ultimatum email on deliver or refundall his Phones suddenly were disconnected and no longer in serviceWhat is my Board of Directors supposed to think when I report these problems trying to solve thisI am on the hot seat here, my job is on the line, he has his job as a salesman but ruining others clients job positions and standings with the Board of DirectorsI think he should just come up with the two lamps and deliver.

I am a salesman for various Led Lighting Companies, usually perform large Led Lighting Retrofit Projects The Clients Royal Capitol Plaza, requested to order two replacement Flood lights for their patio areaTheir reguest took months to be approved from the Board from Jul to NovWhen I
finally recieved a payment check for the order it was incorrect, I had to get a replacement issued in order to place the small order of only fixturesThe order was placed in Oct/Nov going into holiday production schedule, which usually slows downThese type of Led Fixtures are custom manufactured per order, there are different variations of just the fixture they requested I am only a commissioned salesman, I neither manufacture or produce these fixturesI work on a 10% commission per order I have followed through and followed up with the process of the order, average orders can take 8-wks average, sometimes up to wks depending on production and load of orders at the plantI have always communicated and followed through with the client and distributor and factory on the stage and lead time I understand the Board for the bldg is very impatient and gives the manager a hard time and in turn gives me a hard timeThere are factors that are simply out of my realm of controlI did respond to his last email, and noted that once again I stressed the need to complete and ship out requested itemsI understand the frustration on their part, but making a complaint on Revdex.com is not the remedy I can not refund monies as those went to pay for custom items I have once again communicated the frustrations of my customers and to give me a completion and delivery date scheduleThe order is still within a reasonable manufacturing and shipping from overseas, large orders come in a container, then smaller orders get shipped by freight or ***It is not unusual for custom fixtures to have this lead time This order is still within a time frameI will continue to follow through until the clients recieve their order
