Need some legal advice on this company ledequipped threats don't work on me the owner jay has threatened to not return or repair my equipment I purchased 37in led light bar. They advised as a trusting company. Ive not seen this. Don't by from them use this and my experience as a example.

I have made several orders with this company and always are held out longer because of being out of stock, or whatever the reason maybeThey don't update the customers until you send them an e-mail

PURCHASED ITEMS FROM COMPANY, RECEIVED BROKEN ITEM, THEN AFTER ONE USE, OTHER PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVEI HAVE CALLED THE COMPANY AND LEFT MESSAGES TO HAVE THEM RETURN MY CALL IN REGARDS TO REPLACING THE DEFECTIVE ITEM BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALLI ENDED UP HAVING TO ORDER NEW EQUIPMENT FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Ill give one star because the lights blink like they should, the only part of this product that worksI ordered the Intersection Front License Plate Bracket Gen Fusion Bundle (B-76)To start, it dosent come fully builtI was instructed that "some modifications may be required to attach the included lights" (voiding the return)Turns out that this product is not universal and doesnt fit as claimed on any US vehicleIt hides behind the license plateCompletely useless to meThis company does not take returns after installation and will not discuss an exchangeThere were several promises included in the website about this product being universal and seen from any direction, which are flat out lies

NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLCE TO ANYONETOOK MONTHS WITH NO WORKING SIREN AND SATISFACTION THEN TO TELL ME I WASNT AUTHORIZED TO SEND IT BACK AND THEY WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEYDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...!!!!!!!

Ok all after reading the reviews I decided to buy 3 lights 1 Amber 1 blue and 1 multi light. I received theamber looks good works good Blue light should be here tomorrow and I was told 3-4 weeks But when I ordered it said in stock but after calling I was told 3-4 weeks I will return when all 3 are here and working all 3 are the falcons

Review: My led running board lights are waterlogged. I called the company several times and all I get is a voicemail. I left a message and never recieved a return call. I sent a [redacted] private message and never recieved a message back. I have made numerous comments on [redacted] about the product and service hoping the company would contact me. As of today's date, my lights will blink only one color and I cannot change the patterns.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the product to include shipping. I would like a phone call from someone as well.

Review: im A VFF paid $679.00 for this light ID # is [redacted] was my payPal transaction I bought a light bar on 1-**-14 & its suppose to take 3 weeks to build & then ship to u n a few days! His cell # I quess is his business phone We have swapped txt messages about it, hes blamed the weather as the problem and maybe it has been! He told me a few days ago that it would ship this past Thursday and he'd get me the tracking # either Thursday or Friday. Ive left friendly txt messages and voice mails asking him to plz return my calls. My LED light bar is fantastic. I bought this LED light bar for the sleek design and it being a neutral color. I own a landscaping business and need to look professional, so a LED light bar from LED Equipped was a great fit.

Unfortunately I had a problem with the light bar. It wasn’t lighting correctly. I contacted the LED Equipped and a customer representative emailed me back within a day. We identified the problem and tried a couple different things with the light. With his guidance and a lot of patience on his part we seamlessly sorted out the problem. The light bar is back up and running.

I can say that I would recommend LED Equipped to anyone one who needs a good LED light bar or anything that LED Equipped makes. It’s tough to find good companies that will work for your service and LED Equipped will do just that. LED Equipped had tremendous products, timely feedback and service second to none.

I purchased the THRASHER 100 WATT POLICE SIREN head along with the FRIGHTENER 100 WATT SIREN SPEAKER. Install was simple and straightforward after emailing LED Equipped. The controller allows for multiple lights to be controlled via the unit as well as several good siren tones. I had an issue with the handheld part (had a short) and contacted Led Equipped. They sent out a new unit which was severely damaged in shipping. I emailed them and told them about the damaged product. They took initiative to send me another unit without me even asking. I received the new unit and now everything is working great. Their customer service is second to none. You can rest assured if you have any issues with your purchase these guys will take care of it. What a great company and great products!
