Customer *** *** had been calling for past two weeks and asking for prices on inspection and what does a inspection cover and how
inspections are doneIt was explain they work on car for a hour scan for codes if any light on On Wednesday 7/15/Morning hours Customer Rebbeca
*** came in to get a full inspection and diagnose she is looking to buying carA $inspection fee was charge to her credit card covers a hour
worked on car it was a two hour inspection checking Compression valves windows lights Brakes Transmission fluids and test drive car had DAY
PERMITCustomer picked car up at 8:pm she took car with no problemat around 8:pm client called said car was not driving like it was when she
brought it inn Owner Of shop *** *** talked to her and told her shop was being close to bring back 7/16/for a check up/inspection she said
she will bring it earlyAt around 8:am one of the mechanics answered her first call she wanted to talk to the secretary or owner it was told neither of
them was in yet couple minutes later she called again at least calls where madeUntil *** *** answered phone and told her to bring car inn
she refuse to bring car and asked to talk to Secretary *** took her number told her when Secretary gets here she will call youExplain to you what
was doneat 11:am the 10th called was made secretary had just got here answer phone customer *** *** told secretary she wanted her
$of inspection back because there was things done to car that took power away that she drives the car all the time and that car run perfectbut
car only had a one day permit? and she had said she didn't own carSecretary asked her to bring car or if she wanted *** to tow car she refused
one more time and said car was taken somewhere else to get repair of the damage the shop had madeSecretary asked her if she can bring a receipt of
the job or second inspection done to carshe than change story said a friend had done job secretary told her one more time to bring carShe refuse and
asked for her money back or else she was going to file a report with Bureau of Automotive Repair Secretary told her if it was something she wanted to
do, to go ahead it was her rightClient *** *** than started to raise her voice on the phone yelling and threaten to write a bad review on yelp
and call immigration on Secretary that the shop was nothing but a dirty place full of immigrants and that she didn't had to talk to me or any one in this
place about anything that she will put a hold on her car and not pay the $of inspection that we didn't had no prove and mysteriously the receipt
that was done 7/15/disappear from office after *** *** had explain to her Dayzi Garcia Secretary at *** Performance was the one who
did the report, Customer was asked if she can come by the next day 7/16/to pick up report of inspection and stimates of jobs that needed to be done
to Mercedes Benz Customer *** *** agreed to come get report but did not want any jobs done she was no longer interrested in purchase
of carAfter *** *** put all Cars away he came inside office and client had leftNext morning when secretary came looked everywhere for
Receipt and it was no where to be foundWhen *** *** Program Repressentative for Bureau of Automotive Repair came to shop the fallowing
week, he showed the copies that client *** *** had send and the original receipt was included in thereWhat we are asking for is the Original
receipt that client took with no permission and it belongs to shop since it does say Office under that is her client copy and work orderWrite down the
report of inspection give client *** *** her copy and her $of a 2hour inspection done to car back*** *** been a mechanic
since *** Performance Auto Repair have clients bringing cars,trucks,rv for years our clients leave happy and satisfied with job, ***
Performance does all mechanical jobs to many companies, like Amber Flooring, TEAM demolition and contruction company, SCI silva Contractors inc
Park Florist, Johnny Mc neally Garden company and Armando CeGarden and landscaping, Advanced Home Energy and many moreIf client was not
happy with inspection the only thing done to car we will refund her the $fee of inspection and will appreciate if we can get original receipt back

I accept the terms they offered: namely they to refund the $for the inspection, and I will give them the receipt they wantI do not accept most of the responseThe inspection cannot be used by us because of the apparent damage done to the car while in the shop, and I/we will have to pay for that to be repaired out of our own pocketsHowever, *** is taking the responsibility to refund the inspection costs and I will have to settle for thatAs for the receipt, I only have it because the owner apparently forgot to separate it from the other customer copies of the receiptThey were all still completely attached with the binding unbroken and the batch was stapled together along with the credit card receiptThis is how it was offered to meAccusing me of "taking the receipt with no permission" in their above complaint seems in keeping with my experience of their blaming me for their mistakes
