orders will someone not have shipped. I own three eBay stores and the one she bought from was originally based in Irvine. We moved to Orange about 15 minuets away. This move has never affected anyone for 6 years until now. She wanted to come pick upt the item which we were happy to accommodate. We told here it would be available the next day and did she want the address. She said that she wanted it that day since the eBay listing showed that it was in stock and nothing else would be acceptable. There is nothing stated on our listings that the items are available for pick up on the same day, we get them sent down from our main warehouse in Lake Elsinore on  a daily basis. I gave him half price on shipping as a token of friendship ($15 instead of the normal $29.95) and he thanked me. He seemed a little embarrassed about the way his wife went off. I also found out that they live in Lakewood which is about 15 min closer to Orange than Irvine. Review: I ordered the product CC1193 3 Row Aluminum radiator from their website on November 13th. The radiator seemed to be of high quality, I was very wrong. I ran the radiator for roughly two months before it began leaking profusely, very poor quality but it seemed their warranty would still be able to help me. I went through the process and unfortunately they make you pay for the replacement radiator shipping and a new label to return the old busted radiator back to them, they most likely do this because they would lose money if they paid for the shipping costs due to the frequency of warranty exchanges. I installed this radiator about a week after 1/26/2015 and again here I am after two more months of running this radiator, during the winter too so it hasn't really even been heat stressed that much(I can only imagine how long one of their products would stand up in the summer heat). This radiator leaks and I can see that after being asked to fork over $60 again for shipping costs for both ways I very quickly noticed that it would not be intelligent of me because I doubt after two radiator failures from the same location on them during cold winter months that there's any way the quality would suddenly increase. I requested that if I pay the shipping costs that they please refund me the product cost so I'm not $209.98 in the hole and asked very bluntly if I would have to "eat the cost", the gentleman replied yeah that's just how it is you'll have to eat it. That's why I'm filing this complaint, why on earth won't they take the radiator back to the manufacturer like they already do with warranty replacement cases and request the compensation and let the manufacturer deal with their poor product quality. This issue with the quality will only keep perpetuating as more people are sucked in to buying the radiators, this specific product by Champion Radiators is discussed quite frequently on the forums I'm a part of and the main distributor, Ledfoot Racing having to deal with poor customer service.Desired Settlement: Very Simple, I am only looking for a refund for the cost of the radiator. I understand you can't refund shipping costs. My 2nd most recent Invoice Number is [redacted], I paid with PayPal. The invoice is dated 1/26/15.

Review: I purchased an item on eBay which stated item available for pick up in Irvine. After item was purchased we then had to find the company ourselves online. We then came to find out they were not located in Irvine but instead orange. We then contacted them to confirm the pick up and were told the item was not available. No where online before the item was purchased does it say that they first had to place the order before it can be picked up. The owner [redacted] was extremely rude when I spoke to him. He stated, "the items don't magically appear once an order is placed" he then continued to interrupt and talk over me. Towards the end of the call he advised me he will be canceling the order and preceded to end the call. Not an any point of our conversation did I ask him to cancel the order.Desired Settlement: I would like the item shipped directly to me and have the shipping fee waived.
