Ledgecrest Apartments

Review: [redacted] are new owners of [redacted]. On 1/23/2015, I called the on-site rental office to report I was not getting heat; only cold air coming out of vents. The then- maintenance worker came immediately to check outside unit and left a note for me in work ticket that a new compressor was needed. He ordered the compressor and I am told that it sits here on the premises, yet the new owners have refused from 1/23/15 through today 3/3/2015 to install it. The prior resident manager and her husband (maintenace) just last week quit with this new owner b/c the new owners would never return their calls re my situation, as well as other calls. HP now has in a new person in the onsite rental office. I have constantly complained by calls, in person, and by letter re my heat situation - which I keep on 68 degrees to minimize my bill - which was, as of 2/25/14 $247 plus. I cannot afford this more-than-extra expense for my heat bill and I did not create this problem. I am cold and ache all the time. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Want compressor installed and a portion of this heating bill shared by the landlord/owner.
