I ordered 4 separate orders from a company and got charged shipping for all four of the orders when I received the four orders they were all in one box shipped together. The site clearly states that any order over $50 gets free shipping. If they are going to treat my four orders as one then they should of gave me free shipping because my four orders was over $125 . If you’re going to charge for shipping for four orders they should of been sent out in separate boxes . If those orders would of had different names going to the same address they would of sent them separately
Our website gives free shipping for individual orders above $50. This gentlemen placed four separate orders from our website, and he was charged shipping on all four orders, as is the policy.
We were not processing shipping refunds at the height of the orders being processed, due to the large volume, but later sent out an email 9 days later saying we would indeed do this.
Marcus never contacted us to ask for this after this follow up email.

Yes I did place 4 separate orders. That’s should of came in 4 separate boxes but they sent all four orders in one box. So if they are going to ship it like one order why can’t they treat it as one order and refund my order because the total was over 100
