Bought a vehicle from thereSeemed fine at the timeWith in a week the transmission started slipping and brought it up to the ownerHe told me I should have gotten the warranty and would not work with meDoes not stand by the vehicles he sellsI know I bought a used vehicle but that is just ridiculousIt may seem like a good deal but move on don't buy from there

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The camper I rented from [redacted] had mouse excrement on a mattress and on a sofaHe claims his company had cleaned it prior to delivering it Am I to believe a mouse found its way in to the sealed camper moments after it was "cleaned", defecated without ***' knowledge, and then disappeared in to thin air? What could be worse, is if said mouse died inside the camper immediately after relieving itself on the mattress and sofa, and was left rotting during the length of my rentalWas my family and I subjected to health risks? Could we have contracted diseases? Those are questions that no one should have to ask themselvesAlso, his claim that I never complained about the cleanliness of the camper is a blatant lieFurthermore, complaining about the cleanliness the very moment I find it to be unacceptable, or complaining about the cleanliness after my rental is irrelevantTHERE WAS MOUSE EXCREMENT--the time frame of my complaint does not make [redacted] any less ignorant nor less guilty I never claimed a tornado touched down at Ford Festival Park; however, sirens sound only when there is an immediate threat of tornadic weather, not just a severe thunderstorm The resulting damage to the already dilapidated awning was caused by a natural disaster, therefore his speculative claim of a $replacement cost and labor fee should be covered by his insurance***' tone implies he did me a favor by keeping my $security deposit to cover the replacement of the awning, when in actuality, his lack of written instruction on how and when to operate said awning has caused me more frustration and anguish than I ever thought was possible for renting a camper He claims I did not have any problems opening the awning without instructionsANOTHER BLATANT LIEMy brother and I called [redacted] for instructions on how to open the awningWhen I called [redacted] to report the damage to the awning, he immediately told me he would have to charge me for it, not that it would need to be replaced, as he claimedAnd yes, I passed the phone off to my brother so he and [redacted] could discuss the awningI was so distraught and annoyed by ***' lack of tact about the situation; a situation that could have been easily avoidable if [redacted] had simply provided written instruction as to how and when to operate the awningWhatever impression he assumed while on the phone with my brother is irrelevantTo insinuate that I did not head the warning to lower the awning in place of taking shelter with my family, and/or to say "there was enough warning" is his attempt to vilify me [redacted] claims he got into the business of renting campers because he and his family had so much fun campingIf that were true, he should not be so careless and inconsistent with his business practices that he imposes on families renting his campersHe should provide detailed written instructions on how and when to operate every mechanical and electronic device for each camper he rents, so that unsuspecting families are not swindled by himHe should be more attentive towards his cleaning practices, so that loved ones don't have to worry about mouse excrement He should state on his website that he does not provide linens for any of his campers, and that if he did, that they would not be filled with mouse excrementRenting a clean and functional camper is not unrealistic--it's quite rationalAccusations are not slander when they are considered to be trueA full refund is what I deem to be a fair resolutionRegards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The bottom line is this: *** is a thiefHe cheats people out of money by supplying dilapidated, mouse excrement infested campers; when something breaks or is not up to code while the camper is the possession of the renter, he charges the renter to fix it as if it were the renter's faultThe photos of the camper online do not match the actual condition of the camper received, nor is there a disclaimer posted stating such information*** boasts that his prices are lower than most of his competitors; of course he has low prices--that's how he baits potential renters! I thought I was getting a great deal, but had I known renting a camper from *** would have caused me and my family so much anguish, I NEVER would have rented from himWhat's worse, is that he fails to include any written instructions on how and when to operate electrical, propane, and mechanical functions in and out of the the camperNor does he list any such instructions on his website; he instead wants you to call him with any questionsSeeing as how I was not provided with written instructions for ANYTHING, I had plenty of questionsThere were times I called and he did not answer, so I would leave a message only to never to have my call returnedAfter several attempts, he finally did answer my questionsI suppose I am lucky in that I did not have questions outside of his business hours? Supplying a camper with mouse excrement on the mattress and sofa; not providing written instructions on how and when to operate anything inside and outside of the camper; and only answering the phone when it is convenient for him are the three most negligent, inconsistent, and incompetent forms of business practice I have ever experienced If he had just taken ownership or responsibility of the things I have listed; and/or apologized and tried to rectify the situation, I would not be writing this complaintBut he did not take ownershipHe did not take responsibilityHe did not apologize or try to rectify the situationHe did not do any of those things...and that tells me everything I need to know about himMy personal research in to Ledioyt Enterprises only confirms my suspicions of his character

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The camper I rented from [redacted] had mouse excrement on a mattress and on a sofa. He claims his company had cleaned it prior to delivering it.  Am I to believe a mouse found its way in to the sealed camper moments after it was "cleaned", defecated without [redacted]' knowledge, and then disappeared in to thin air? What could be worse, is if said mouse died inside the camper immediately after relieving itself on the mattress and sofa, and was left rotting during the length of my rental. Was my family and I subjected to health risks? Could we have contracted diseases? Those are questions that no one should have to ask themselves. Also, his claim that I never complained about the cleanliness of the camper is a blatant lie. Furthermore, complaining about the cleanliness the very moment I find it to be unacceptable, or complaining about the cleanliness after my rental is irrelevant. THERE WAS MOUSE EXCREMENT--the time frame of my complaint does not make [redacted] any less ignorant nor less guilty.
I never claimed a tornado touched down at Ford Festival Park; however, sirens sound only when there is an immediate threat of tornadic weather, not just a severe thunderstorm.  The resulting damage to the already dilapidated awning was caused by a natural disaster, therefore his speculative claim of a $479.40 replacement cost and labor fee should be covered by his insurance. [redacted]' tone implies he did me a favor by keeping my $250 security deposit to cover the replacement of the awning, when in actuality, his lack of written instruction on how and when to operate said awning has caused me more frustration and anguish than I ever thought was possible for renting a camper.  He claims I did not have any problems opening the awning without instructions. ANOTHER BLATANT LIE. My brother and I called [redacted] for instructions on how to open the awning. When I called [redacted] to report the damage to the awning, he immediately told me he would have to charge me for it, not that it would need to be replaced, as he claimed. And yes, I passed the phone off to my brother so he and [redacted] could discuss the awning. I was so distraught and annoyed by [redacted]' lack of tact about the situation; a situation that could have been easily avoidable if [redacted] had simply provided written instruction as to how and when to operate the awning. Whatever impression he assumed while on the phone with my brother is irrelevant. To insinuate that I did not head the warning to lower the awning in place of taking shelter with my family, and/or to say "there was enough warning" is his attempt to vilify me.
[redacted] claims he got into the business of renting campers because he and his family had so much fun camping. If that were true, he should not be so careless and inconsistent with his business practices that he imposes on families renting his campers. He should provide detailed written instructions on how and when to operate every mechanical and electronic device for each camper he rents, so that unsuspecting families are not swindled by him. He should be more attentive towards his cleaning practices, so that loved ones don't have to worry about mouse excrement.  He should state on his website that he does not provide linens for any of his campers, and that if he did, that they would not be filled with mouse excrement. Renting a clean and functional camper is not unrealistic--it's quite rational. Accusations are not slander when they are considered to be true.
A full refund is what I deem to be a fair resolution.
Regards,
[redacted]
