I am rejecting this response because:In conducting my own research, I see that there are numerous reviews and complaints regarding the establishments customer service and their behavior, mainly that same manager I would like for someone from the corporate office to contact me regarding this establishment and the owner The owner got really upset, hostile, and angry because we did not want to purchase two pizzas when we clearly only ordered one pizza His order taker took and processed the order incorrectlyThe threats to my children, saying 'you people', yelling, hanging up the phone was not necessary and uncalled for all over a cheese pizza which was an error on the establishment part, not ours He felt that he could act this was because they were children and then he disrespected me after I made an attempt to contact him due to the threats After arguing with the manager because he was that hostile and upset over me not purchasing a pizza I didn't order, I offered to pay for the pizza because it was petty However, he wouldn't allow me to purchase the pizza

because of the price and did not like returning on of the pizzas.Kids wer just being kids when their friends are around and laughing and mocking the cashier.Nobody here is racist, we would not be here long if we were ( same location for years).This is DC and 90% of our customers are *** *** and have never had any problem before.Again we regret that she is upset and our apologies to you and her and please let me know if anything I can do to make her happy and satisfied.Thank YouKami ###-###-####
