Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This was the address that was listed on the websiteI do not know if it was given under pretenseI have attached a Word document where I had copied the order page and the information from the "Contact Us" link on the page where I had ordered the productThere are also urls I providedOne is the link to the website that I copied weeks ago (click on the "get your sample bottle" button)Interesting enough, when you go to this url, this product is now called [redacted] instead of [redacted] ***The jar is the same but the label has changedThere is also different contact information listedThe second url (also copied weeks ago) is to a site called [redacted] ***, but the contact info and terms and conditions have changed I believe this should be investigatedIt seems as if whoever is behind this is falsely using other businesses on their site so that consumers cannot trace themAnd they keep altering the website to keep everyone off the trail as well.Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.Thank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

As you will surely understand, we can only resolve an issue with a customer that we have sold a product to. Our track record speaks for itself: any time the Revdex.com has notified us of a customerwho has a problem with our product, we quickly respond to the customer and resolve the customer's concern to the customer's satisfactionIn this particular case, we never sold anything to this person.We do not own, operate, distribute, or have anything to do with any products by these names:*** ***Please note that a few months ago, our Customer Service team began receiving bogus calls from customers that we had never sold anything to, requesting refunds for products that we knew nothing about. We believe that some bad actor may have copied and pasted our website somewhere, and wrongfully used our web design to sell their own products, but perhaps they neglected to change the Contact information on the webpages that they copied; so now we are receiving those callsThat is only a hypothesis, but it is the only thing we can imagine that would drive such calls wrongfully to us.In any event, there is a simple and fast way this customer can get her money back and prevent the bad actor who sold her the product from charging her again: She should immediately contact her credit card company, and tell them that there's a charge (or charges) on her account that she does not agree with, and ask the credit card company to file a "Charge Back"By contacting her credit card company and telling the credit card company to Charge Back, she should be able to get her refund and prevent future billings. The customer's credit card company will also be able to tell the customer the true and correct contact information of the company who sold to her and charged her.
