On Sept I returned home *** to find my car battery dead, I was parked at airport parking. I called Leduc towing for a price and the operator quoted me $55 to unlock my doors and for the boost it would depend on the amount of time the driver was onsite. I called a couple places and found I could get a boost else where for $25 so I only needed leduc towing to unlock my doors.
The driver arrived at 3:28 pm and unlocked my doors quick, it was easy. I asked the driver how much he would charge me to boost my car since he was only there 5 mins. he said just one second and proceeded to boost my car without giving me a price. 30 seconds later the car is started and he's asking how I wanna pay. I said cash and he said that will be $120. We argued about about the price for a min and he said to bad and drove off. 3:40 pm I was in my car and leaving the parking lot. So for 10 mins of work Leduc towing charged me $120.00 for service when I was quoted $55 on the phone. The two complaints I have is that I was originally quoted $55 and the driver wouldn't give a price for the boost until after he boosted the car.
The customer was quoted $65 plus tax from our dispatch and may have misheard it as $55. When our driver told him the price he got mad and said it was only $55. He asked how much a boost would be our driver told him it was $50 plus mileage, plus tax. The driver was going to offer him to do it for half of the price and not charge the mileage but the customer wouldn't stop arguing with the driver long enough to hear him out. We gave a small break on the price of the bill because the customer only had $120 cash on him. At no point has this customer called us to let us know that he was unsatisfied with the service he received.

I am rejecting this response because:
I asked the driver for the cost of the boost before he boosted the car and he did not give me a price. I paid $120 because you couldn't accept visa at the location. I couldn't have argued that long the driver was gone from the area in under 12 mins and he said to bad and got in his truck and drove away.
