My daughter was involved in an auto accident. I was charged 216$ for what took 20 minutes to hook up the car and tow it to their yard. When I called to Find out how much the bill was, I was told they would call me back. After two hours, I called again. The owners wife was extremely rude, and tried to trick me into signing the title of the car over to ledyard auto. When I explained that I was going to sell the car to a local scrapyard (instead of just giving the car to ledyard auto) to help defray the cost of the bill, she became annoyed and started to threaten me with storage fees. Thankfully, the salvage yard came Immediately and paid me 200 for the car, and removed it.

Review: Brought my car in for repairs. Replaced catalytic converter and power steering pump. Had addl issue going to work. Was told it was faulty bulbs in brake lights and was charged a tow and repairs. Turns out car had gone into "limp mode" after repair for some reason. Check engine light came on again. Returned car for repairs. Told to replace O2 sensor. Took car again and check engine light came on within 2 days. Car again went into "limp mode" Called mechanic and was told there was nothing else they can do and to take it to dealer. Have paid over $3000 in repairs and the car still sputters up hills and randomly goes into "limp mode" and barely runs better than before the repairs.Desired Settlement: At the very least we should not have been charged for the tow or service for what was said to be faulty light bulbs when that was obviously not the issue. Also for the oil pan that was suddenly damaged while the car was in the repair shops possession. Or for the labor for the O2 sensor that should have been replaced at the same time as the catalytic converter.
