I paid for a service yet never received it. Lee Air promised to refund my money on September 29th, 2017 yet they have never done so. It is $134.
I purchased a service to have my HVAC systems cleaned and checked. Thing is, Lee Air never performed the service. They only contacted me to purchase the service again (why would I do that?). When I contacted them in September 2017, I received a very kind note from Mr. *** telling me he would refund $134. To date, he has never refunded the money.
On December 31st, 2017, I send a letter to Mr. *** reminding him to refund my money. In the letter, I sent a copy of his letter to help refresh his memory. I have heard nothing. I have received no refund.
I am asking the Revdex.com to help me get the $134.00 refund that Lee Air has promised.
I would like Lee Air to refund me the $134.00 that Mr. *** has promised (on September 29, 2017).

We are very sorry for this misunderstanding and are refunding you your money as requested. The check was printed today and will be mailed out immediately.
We always strive to stand by our word. *** did pass along your refund request to accounting however we had a personnel change and it must have been lost in the transition.
I am sorry you felt we intentionally did not perform your service. We have documentation of several attempts to try and schedule the service with you but we never received communication back. We understand your disappointment and are happy to make it right with you by refunding you your money.
I received the check on Saturday, so I consider this complaint closed.
