This is what our General Manager states:I met with them weeks ago and agreed on a cash settlement and a full and final release of the ***I gave them a check for and they signed the form and they left very happyAt the end of the conversation, she stated she would like me to look for a cargo coverI told her if we took something in on trade or if I came across one, I would send it to herI tried to call her twice to remind her of thatShe has not responded

We have spoken with [redacted] and are confidant [redacted] address, and correct the issues he has been having with a vehicle hepurchased from the Lee Auto Group Wehave directed [redacted] to the closest Lee location for an appointment to diagnoseand correct these issuesWe will keep in communication with [redacted] to makesure he is percent satisfied with the repairs Complete Customer Satisfaction is a toppriority for all of us who work for the Lee Auto Group

We made contact with the customer on June 7th and after reviewing the customers concern we have made the decision to repair the vehicle at No ChargeLee Toyota will be paying for the cost of the engine repair. Parts have been ordered and the customer will be notified once the parts
arrive and scheduled in for repair

the management staff asked customer to come in so vehicle could be lifted into the air for visual inspection with customerthis was done on 2/2/and reviewed damage with customerin doing so, it was obvious that the right inner tie rod was bent and is in need of replacementhaving done
previous alignments, this damage would have been noted if an issue at that timewe agreed to replace the inner tie rod at no cost to the customer as dealership goodwillthis is scheduled for replacement on 2/3/

I gave them a check for 2800.00 and they signed the form and they left very happy. At the end of the conversation, she stated she would like me to look for a cargo cover. I told her if we took something in on trade or if I came across one, I would send it to her. I tried to call her twice to remind her of that. She has not responded.
