This customer was given an estimate of $[redacted] to provide her with a set of drawings for her housing project. She paid a $[redacted] deposit. When we asked for balance of funds to finish the completed drawings, she refused payment.

23 hours of design time at a rate of [redacted] value. But has only paid the original deposit of $[redacted] Since she refused to provide any further payments, her file was closed. An invoice for the amount equal to her deposit was issued and marked paid in full.
The outstanding balance ( $[redacted]) for work already provided, was written off.
The complaintant then decided to contact her credit card company wanting her money back. I then registered a reply with the credit card company stating my position. They sent a mediator to resolve the dispute. the mediator ruled in our favor. I have plenty of documentation that you may have if this complaint proceeds further.

Totally untrue, we have the paper (emails between us and MacDonalds) trail to prove it.
Estimate was for $[redacted], there was no mention of hourly charge ever, they did not complete the job which is why no balance was paid.
We can make copies of these emails and the useless drawing they provided [redacted]
