I know the [redacted] ’s loved the mattress in the store because of it’s material being natural and a healthy product with a long-term warranty year non-prorated to be exactThis mattress will become softer as it breawithout losing support but it will take several weeks or months to become the soft luxuries mattress that is in the storeI have talked to [redacted] CEO of [redacted] *** and he described a process of what he calls walking it out, this process would reduce the bretime I have sold mattress for years now and only after we purchased Creson’s Mattress in did we adopt a comfort guarantee and we are in the minority that even have a comfort guarantee in ReddingWe have this posted next to our Business License and sellers permit but, in most cases, it is also on the invoice delivery copy so it would be signed and dated as to set the 60-day period I have considered the [redacted] ’s point of view and because they never signed the comfort guarantee I would allow an exchange to the softer [redacted] Angora mattress that cost less, and I would also not charge the 10% restocking fee or a redelivery feeI would credit their [redacted] accounts $each a total of $and crediting [redacted] *** card $for a combined total of $They should also consider the new mattress would require a breperiod to be as soft as the one in the store, but this is like this for all mattresses no matter the manufacture Thank You [redacted] V.P

I am rejecting this response because:A exchange will not fix the issuesWe would not have bought a mattress that alone costs over $without a return policyWe should be satisfied with what we have purchased and we are notAlso when we were considering the purchase we asked *** if we would feel the "buttons" on the mattressHe said no we wouldn'tWe've have had the mattress less than a month and both of us can feel them in our sides when we sleepWe were told nothing about a "no return policy" and would like a full refund

I am rejecting this response because:At this point the mattress is not comfortable at allWe have had to start sleeping on our spare bed because of the discomfortWe are not willing to risk the cost of a mattress that has cost over $to see if it might improve after months

I know the [redacted]’s loved the mattress in the store because of it’s material being natural and a healthy product with a long-term warranty 20 year non-prorated to be exact. This mattress will become softer as it breaks-in without losing support but it will take several weeks or months to become the soft luxuries mattress that is in the store. I have talked to [redacted] CEO of [redacted] and he described a process of what he calls walking it out, this process would reduce the break-in time.             I have sold mattress for 18 years now and only after we purchased Creson’s Mattress in 2010 did we adopt a comfort guarantee and we are in the minority that even have a comfort guarantee in Redding. We have this posted next to our Business License and sellers permit but, in most cases, it is also on the invoice delivery copy so it would be signed and dated as to set the 60-day period.             I have considered the [redacted]’s point of view and because they never signed the comfort guarantee I would allow an exchange to the softer [redacted] Angora 9000 mattress that cost less, and I would also not charge the 10% restocking fee or a redelivery fee. I would credit their [redacted] accounts $500.00 each a total of $1000.00 and crediting [redacted] card $748.50 for a combined total of $1748.50. They should also consider the new mattress would require a break-in period to be as soft as the one in the store, but this is like this for all mattresses no matter the manufacture.   Thank You [redacted]  V.P.

[redacted] and [redacted] has a 20yr non-prorated warranty and only restrictions are no stains or tears or law tag removed, all common to industry. Like most of the 30 places in Redding we have a no-refund policy, only excluding [redacted], but we have a 60 day comfort guarantee which allows for an...

exchange of equal or greater value for the 60 day period with a 10% restocking fee and a redelivery fee which is on the back of sales receipt ( never got put on their receipt). No one allows for return of adjustable bases even [redacted]. In an attempt to make them happy I have offered to exchange it for a softer model which is less, so I offered to refund the difference and not to charge the 10% restocking fee because we never had them sign the comfort guarantee. This is a (farm to factory) no foam mattress of high quality but it is all natural material (Cashmere, wool, cotton, flax, hemp) and takes a little time to break-in so it would feel like the one in the store which is about 8 months old. We don't tell lies at Cresons and honesty is the only policy!
