Project was over budget and was not on time Orignal estimated time to build our house was 7-months and it took months before the last items were completed on our punch list Did not resolve issue with subcontractors in a timely manor I was not happy with his attention to detail on the job or with finances Several of the bids were under because of his mistake one by 60%No effort was made for compormise in these situations I felt like many of the details would have been missed if I had not made daily inspections and kept detailed records of finances He threatened me by saying he spoke to his attorney when I didn't want to pay the final bill due to items on the punch list not being done months after his estimated completion date
