Very unprofessional is all I have to say. I was not satisfied with their services at all. It was a big disappointment to have made business with them and their mentality to the client (us) that they were doing us a favor after the hall was already paid for us being able to use it mind you one day prior to the big event because dirty and wrinkled linens had been put out their attitude was okay if your gonna be strict with us were gonna be strict with you we were there decorating for the event that was gonna happen the next day she told us we only had two hours to decorate and only for four people could only be there to decorate there was eight of us including my 4 year old daughter she said we had exceeded our time and we needed to leave now . So we quickly packed our boxes and left very upset not knowing what to do because the event was the next day no where in the contract does it say time limit to decorate or number of people allowed to come help decorate they and I say they because they were these sisters that were both talking to us . They were upset because things did not look presentable and it was brought to their attention so they started with their rules instead of being professional and trying to provide customer service it was more like arguing with the customer which is very wrong . The next day the big event we avoided any communication with them and made the best out of it. Although I don't agree with their behavior and actions I wish there was something we could have done about it I felt helpless like we had to suck it up and take it . Also the day of the big event we needed a id to get our key to our "VIP" room who carries a id when it's your wedding ?? Where do u store it and why would you ask for my id when it's a wedding and I'm the one who paid you ? Very upsetting . Not only were they rude to the caterers they had this look on them where they were not presentable at all I felt like we were in the movie mi vida loca the way they presented themselves mad dogging everyone not one smile not even to the guests very unpleasant experience . Thank you for taking the time to read my horrible experience with this business and also the linens or wrinkled ones were not taken care of .
