I purchase a 2015 [redacted], for lee Chrysler dodge jeep ram in February 2015. I have took this vehicle back to the dealer ship several times in the last year for key fobs not been detected and most of time want start or say it has left the vehicle. And also it do a lot of jerking. the dealership has keep my vehicle once for a about 5 days an on the last time April 14, 2016 and I received it back on April 21, 2016. And on April 29, 2016 it did the same thing say the key fob is not in vehicle and it would not start until I put the key beside the button to push. I record an take pictures every time. just this year it has done It on Feb. 02, 17, 19 march 8, april 6, 8, 14 an 29. for the same problem. I can be out of town in it do it what am I going to do?Product_Or_Service: 2015 [redacted]Desired Settlementreplace the car. However the customer's concern has not duplicated while at the dealership. We have provided the customer a rental vehicle at no charge when it comes in. We have started a star case with [redacted] for this concern. This vehicle is still under factory warranty an we want to fix the customers concern, however the vehicles condition must duplicate while at the dealership for us to repair. The customer should occur no expense as the repair should be covered under factory warranty. At this point if the customer is still displeased we would recommend for the customer to contact [redacted] customer cair center. [redacted] Consumer Response Yes they have the vehicle before several times. I have pictures in video every time I call in took it to the dealership. In yes the service was A+. Lee keep my vehicle twice the first time for about 5-6 days in the second time April 14 until April 21. But in there records it does not show it. But I have it on my phone each time it mess up in I took it back for the samemail problem. Final Business Response We have had the customers vehicle back from 05/09- 05/10 there are no codes in the system. I do understand that the customer states this happens and we do believe them and saw the video. But the fact remains that the vehicle has never been brought in in a failed state which would give us the ability to test in a failed condition. More over because we want to help the customer we have previously replaced both key fob battery's and the rf hub which controls the key fobs for customer satisfaction. Neither have seemed to resolve the customers concern. At this time until the vehicle fails with us or comes in broken we can't make any further progress. Also if the customer is requesting a buy back being that this would be a New vehicle defect a buy back would need to be addressed with [redacted] FCA directly. We do want to help the customer however we need the vehicle in a failed state in order to repair.
