I am rejecting this response because:Thursday July 27, 2017First and foremost I am sorry to hear about [redacted]s health problems. Despite this ongoing dispute, I do wish [redacted] well.  Being a [redacted]tian man and a compassionate person, I will be praying for his recovery and his well being. That being said, in regards to the matter at hand: I have decided to seek resolution of this issue in small claims court. I am tired of being stalled by this business. They damaged my vehicle almost 2 months ago and I've received the run around ever since. Their response states [redacted] the owner has been hospitalized for a week however my complaint was filed almost 4 weeks ago. He could have responded if he wanted to. He gave me his word that he would take care of the damage that happened to my vehicle while it was in his possession. Despite his promise he has made no effort to do.  The money that they refunded to me was money that they shouldn't have ever been paid because the repair work was done improperly causing damage to my car.  The "free tow service" that [redacted] refers to in her response was provided by the business owner after the steel frame that supports my brake caliper came completely loose causing me to almost crash my car on highway 99 near Traver at 80 mph.  The bolts on both sides of the front end we're not even tightened by hand. They were just barely screwed in a couple of turns and has fallen out of the right side.  I could have seriously injured due the negligence of this shop.  This incident left me stranded and I phoned the business to let them know. [redacted] called the tow Service and paid the bill for it.  It was than that she informed me she was going to my house to drop off the money I paid for repairs. Due to the complexity of this matter I have determined that small claims court will be a better option to handle resolution of my complaint.  At this time I would thank the Revdex.com for their assistance and time spent on this matter.Sincerely , [redacted] M.
