Unclogged a sink and got their snake stuck in the overflow pipe outside. Snake still in the over flow as it broke off
On Jan 19 lee Enterprises was sent by choice home warranty to uncomfy kitchen sink and they got it unclog and then went out side to put the snake in the overflow drain to make sure they got the clog and got the snake stuck and it broke off in the drain. And could not get it out.so they just left it there and left told me to fine someone to fix it because they cant.
That they fix it and remove the snake as it will stop up my drain in time as it is still there
Good day , yes I was called out to this address for a clogged sink. As all my jobs I goto I do my best to fix the situation. I first removed the ptrap and snaked the pipe from under the sink , then I went outside the kitchen sink wall and snaked at the clean out . I felt my snake hit something then tried to reverse my snake to no help. I cont to try and free my snake at which my snake broke. I am 100% determined my snake got caught on a collapsed pipe. I even tried to pull in the snake by hand to no help. The whole time the customer was watching everything. When I left the customer understood . Then three days later called demanding I remove the broken snake, she even said to have the collapsed pipe fixed due to me snake breaking in the pipe. I am not liable for the collapsed pipe but can't remove snake as it's caught up on a collaseped pipe . Please feel free to contact me with any further questions

He got the drain unclog and still went out to the over flow to snake it he did bring the snake out of the drain once and put the snake back in and than it started to jam and bought the snake out and put back and then it got jammed again This time really jammed He needs go get it out ! And not to cut it it needs to be taken out so it doesn't clog my drain in the future .
Snake is stuck on a collapsed pipe and broke near my machine, the only way to fix and remove snake is to open up the pool deck or house slab and repair the collaspsed pipe.
