We returned bed rails to be fixed from a purchase we made in March this year. The salesman brushed a receipt across my nose and face while being rude.We purchased a 46/5933 full size Cherry sleigh bed on March XX XXXX and they bed has fell apart. I stopped by store Friday and man told us he would have rails repaired. We took the rails back today to be repaired, my husband took the rails in and put them down and told them this bed was a piece of [redacted]. I gave the man the receipt and asked if it would be fixed before Christmas. His replay was he didn't know and I told him I have got to have these rails back before Christmas. He then began waving my receipt in my face across my nose and told me that if I was going to act like my husband I could get out. I was not ugly about it I just told him "I have to have theses rails back before Christmas." I told him he would not treat me this way and I asked to see the owner he told me I could not see or speak with the owner that I would have to deal with him.Desired SettlementI want to speak to the owner of the business because in the store the man I was dealing with told me I could not see or speak with the owner. I called back and still have no way of talking to the owner of Lee Furniture about this situation.
