Review: I rented an apartment March 1, 2013, AC hasn't worked since I moved in. Owner refuse to fix properly. I have submitted countless request. The owner will send someone and it will work for two or three day. I have a child in the home that has health issues, that heat is a factor. They are aware of this. Tenants are not allowed to make complaint at the office only by email. There is know one to speak to in person.Desired Settlement: I have offered to move into different apartment at their expense or refund my deposit in full plus moving fees.

Review: My ac has not been working for over half the summer. A repairman comes to claim they fix it and it goes out once again. This is really frustrating. I make sure my rent is paid on time EVERY month and to not have working utilities in the apt is not fair. They say no one is there to talk to in person but as soon as the fire dept is called for other issues everyone arrives to the scene. I seriously do not understand this. Once the repairman told us in order for the ac to work we would have to keep the ac on all day which results in higher electricity bills. I am really not happy about staying here. A place where I call home is suppose to be comfortable but I sometimes hate to come home because I know something is going to be wrong. SO happy my lease is up soon I will NOT be renewing it!Desired Settlement: All I want is working ac unit but I know I probably will only get lies! I just want my last month rent to be free and I can use that money towards another apt or home payment
