I thought it was so important inform you of his actions. I have great concerns of his motivations and what he's capable of. And, how he can hurt other consumers. I'm just grateful I have a security system with cameras. He was recently scheduled to do work at 2 rental properties on the same day. I had purchased some materials at Lowe's for him to pick up and do the work. On the first job job he was supposed to install a downspout and clean out areas of the gutter that were clogged. He gave me a quote of $35 to clean out the 2 or three areas that were clogged. The gutters has screens on them. And he quoted labor for the downspout at $20. Though he was committed to doing both jobs, Instead, he took another job earlier in the day, and only spent a short bit of time on the first project install the downspout, but didn't even complete it. Didn't include the elbow at the bottom. Instead he used the downspout extension that he was supposed to bring to me at the end of the day when he came for payment. I had already told him at least twice that the extension was for me. He does not listen well or read the information that's sent. Plus it was improperly installed and water was leaking all around it not into it. There was about five other items that he was to use at the other rental property, or bring to me. The tenant at the second property had waited for him for several hours, but he told me he needed to reschedule for the next day. Then he said he would bring by my stuff and for me to leave payment under my doormat. I told him I wasn't home. He didn't bring my stuff. The next day, even though he schedule an appointment with the tenant he never showed up or called. I tried to reach him and talk to him, since he was wanting to be paid for the first job that wasn't even a complete or done properly. But he would not return my calls. Because he has been so unreliable, doesn't seem to know what he's doing resulting in poor quality work and seems to disregard safety measures, I decided to find somebody else for the second job. Again I inquired about where my stuff was. He said I needed to pay him for the work he did. I told him I don't pay for job unless it's complete. And even though he did not complete the downspout or install it properly, he told me I need to pay him $75 or he was keeping my stuff. Again, the quote for the downspout installation was $20. His quote for the whole job was $55. He told me he would charge storage fees if I did not pay him the $75. I told him he could not keep my stuff, even if he believes me to owe him money. I said it is a criminal offense. He didn't seem to care and said do what you have to do. I guess if he's done this in the past, which I'm guessing he has, no one called the police / sheriff's department on him. I told him obtaining property by false pretenses is a felony. And, after talking to the sheriff department they recommended I file charges with Magistrate. Fortunately the deputy I talk to was able to contact him and convince him to return my items. It was Cleveland County Deputy Lenair. I contacted him 5-14-20. He returned the items, but he had opened all the packages! So strange! I wonder his motivation. I found him very peculiar. He is also very unprepared and disorganized and does poor quality work. Any consumers that check the Revdex.com for business services, would be sorely disappointed or angry that Jeremy Williamson has an A rating. I believe his other reviews are fake. They need to know that if they hire him, they do so at their own risk.

I've used Williamson & Lee Handyman Services and have found them to be very efficient and also does quality work. Would recommend to anybody anytime.
