Quick same or next day service Over last ten years I have tried four larger highly advertised local Charlotte based companies and always felt like I was being fed a line of bull and being charged way to much Once I was even charged for lbs more freon than my unit is capable of holding I've had four service visits from [redacted] Heating & AC, two scheduled and two on call, since February Each time, I've have actually felt like I did not pay enough! I have two units and have paid close to half as much as I did the years before Give [redacted] a try and I'm sure you won't be disappointed

I would like to say that I truly appreciate the AC service that I received recently from Lee Heating & AC ServiceMy AC went out and it is the middle of the summer and Lee was able to come out to take a look at my unit the same dayI appreciate this company not charging me a ridiculous amount of money just to look at my unitHe took care of my needs at a very reasonable price and even when my unit had another issue similar to the first he was able to get back out to my house early before I went to work to take care of itThe services were quick, professional, didn't break the bank, and I've already recommended this company to other homeowners I know

He provided excellent, same day services at a fraction of the price of bigger companies we have trusted before. Part of our AC broke and he was able to tell us the problem, get a new part for it, and install it all in the same day and now my house is frosty cool. Recommend 100%; would use his services again.

At the peak of this summer's heat wave, my AC stopped working. I live in an older home and already knew I needed a new system. I made the dreaded calls for estimates. [redacted] AC & Heating provided the most reasonable quote. The next day, my system was replaced & my children and we returned home to a cooling house. I woke up that night and adjusted my AC as I was actually cold! The quality of the work is excellent. I received a call the next day to make sure everything was working and that I was 100% satisfied. I am!! I have and will recommend [redacted] AC & Heating to every homeowner I know.

We called Lee Heating & AC at about 8:00 pm and by 9:30 he had come to the house, fixed the air, let my husband follow him all through the house answering all of his questions and now I'm sitting here feeling my house cool down! He was very professional, quick and friendly. I will definitely call this company again if needed and would recommend him.
