Review: Went to the restaurant in the store on 09/05/2015 at approximately 3:30am. My table of two was the only business they had. Our waitress was [redacted]. Our orders were: steak (med well) with eggs toast and hash browns with cheese and liver and onions no gravy with a baked potato. When the food was brought out there was gravy on the liver. I immediately told the waitress it was wrong and she took it back. She did not return on her own. My friend had to get up and get her attention in the kitchen to let her know she did not have the toast she ordered, there was no cheese on the hash browns and she needed steak sauce. After my corrected meal was brought out we began to eat. Our checks were also brought out at this time. Four bites into the steak, blood started to come out of it. Not medium well in any book. But the waitress did not return. I had to get up and refill my own soda. By the time the waitress came back to our table we had been waiting for her for at least 15 minutes. When we told her the steak was not cooked correctly as she said was "sorry". My friend did not get a new steak nor even an offer to finish cooking the original steak. We asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one on duty. So we paid and left just as hungry as when we walked in.Desired Settlement: A formal apology and a refund.

We and I truly do care about providing a great place for people to come and enjoy quality food and exceptional service. I truly do appreciate you letting me know. I often tell people that if I am not aware of it I cannot fix it, and it is just impossible to be here 24hrs a day. Please see official letter below, and I will issue one in the mail as well. I simply addressed you as customer in letter, because a copy will go to Revdex.com, and will most likely be posted publicly. So it is only for your privacy that it is addressed to “customer”.
