Review: All I wanted was to schedule a cleaning and I couldn't even do that because the gal in the office is horrible!The office gal [redacted] or [redacted] or whatever her name is, she is TERRIBLE! I called back the office after a missed call and spoke to her, who unfortunately she is the office manager, to talk with her about contacting and confirming my insurance, before going in. She said she was unable to contact my insurance, which is fine I even offered to do it for them when I got there. Then she proceeds to tell me she doesn't know much of the situation because she wasn't the gal that I spoke to originally about this last week. Again, fine by me I was more than willing to get her up to speed with what was going on. However, she kept talking over me, by the third or fourth time of doing that, I politely asked her not to talk over me. And she then told me the feeling is mutual and to not do it to her. I then told her I am the customer and I am allowed to talk without being talked over and without the attitude, because at that point there was attitude coming from her end. I was appalled, I am in shock at that point, I cannot believe she is doing this and I am wondering where this is coming from. She then went on to say that I being rude, I really do not understand all this just from asking her not to talk while I am talking it is a matter of respect for others, not to say the customer is always right but really youre going to tell me I am the one that is being rude!? I then told her, with an attitude like that I would never recommend anyone to that establishment. She then told me I was no longer allowed there. I haven't even been there and now I am not allowed. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she still told me no, at that point I hung up. I have never been treated so rudely before. She is by far the worst, most uncouth and most juvenile person I have ever encountered. I would most certainly NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially with her in the office and with this kind of attitude. Something needs to change, something that needs to be done about this!Desired Settlement: I would like something to be done with the gal, an apology would be nice but that may be asking for too much. I would just like to be allowed to go in, I have done nothing wrong, this lady was just too rude, to be honest I am sitting her scratching my head at how on earth she got that job in the first place. I would also like an attitude change from her because no one deserves to be treated in that manner, ever!

In all reality it is quite straight forward, you are the patient, we are the provider and we are trying to get insurance information figured out before your arrival to assure you an efficient and easy visit without making you wait.
