I am rejecting this response because:  They violated the Consumer Protection Act.  They made repairs on my vehicle that I never authorized in writing.  I was never given anything by them in writing of what work they planned to do or not do.  They then proceeded to douse the interior of my car with a Sanitizing Agent after they had been specifically informed of my health issues.  I have been suffering from respiratory distress ever since and under a doctors care.
