Do not agree with the way this company conducts their business with previous and current customers They sold me a new car with a broken gas door but told me they will order a new one for me, not to worry about it and contact me when it arrives They ended up ordering the new part and contacted me almost a month later to tell me they have to paint it still, weeks after that they contact me to come down to get it put on I drove down from Crestview, where I still live, to wait for mins for them to tell me they ordered the wrong part Talked to the inventory manager to order a new one After a month of waiting, thinking that's how long it would take to get a part in from previous part they ordered, I call in to ask about it Still hasn't even been ordered, so he insured me it would be ordered Waited another month to call once again to get a similar answer that it is on the way, and called another month after I have since rigged the gas door to close with a piece of metal, because at that point I knew I wasn't going be taken care of, but that is slowly giving a way After little over a year I get a flat on the highway, after having it looked at by a professional in Crestview he informed me it was a faulty tire and with the amount of tread that I had on it there shouldn't be a reason why the tire ripped from the inner wall After contacting them, to ask if it was covered and to just see if my gas door was just on a shelf somewhere, I understand now that my tire wasn't covered under my warranty The service manager informed me he would still like to fix my gas door still but that he would have to look at it first so he can "make it right." At this point just fixing my gas door wouldn't make it right, spending the gas money for him to look at it and then wait and drive back to get it put on is not worth the time nor the gas money unless they really wanted to make it right with a oil change or some other type of service then and only then I could justify myself driving down there twice I can order it myself and put it on for the same of money for gas and a lot less time There is no reason why I would have to drive down there for them to just look at it, then to ordered it again that is just ridiculous I purchased this car brand new so I thought, to find out the VIN number belonged to a previous owner so it wasn't brand new I was not only lied to but also swept under the rug They made their paycheck and that's all they obviously cared about...typical car dealership at its "finest."
