I am rejecting this response because: it was not explained to me all of the bankruptcy procedures in this caseI don't appreciate being treated badly or rudely in this matter. I am not satisfied with this explanation at all and I suppose its a standard response.

The Lee Law Firm provided Mr*** with a free initial consultation. At the consultation, Mr*** made the decision to hire the firm and was quoted attorney’s fees. Over the course of a month, the law firm worked on behalf of Mr*** and he had numerous conversations with
multiple staff members to ensure his questions could be answered and so he would completely understand the process. At no point was Mr*** ever advised that he did not qualify for our services. Mr*** later informed our office that he had hired another law firm. Regrettably, based on the amount of time spent working on behalf of Mr***, the firm was unable to refund any attorney’s fees since they were fully earned. If we had had the opportunity to understand Mr***’s concerns earlier, we may have been able to avoid some of the frustration that has occurred
