wish there was an option for no starsIf your thinking about moving here then turn around right now and run as far as you can in the oppisite directionEvery week there is a new manager in the office none of them know how to do thier job or even file simple paper workIf you do make the wrong choice and do move to canturvery house apartments in batesville I suggest you keep a copy of everything because if you dont they will rob you blindI didnt keep a copy of a referal I did when I refered my mother to move into these apartments and then months later when it was time for my rent to be dollars cheeper, because I did the referalI was told that there was no such referal ever filed and then preseded to deny my rent check keep the check and charge me a dollar late fee becayse they screwed up the paper workNow if that wasnt the end of it, that check they kept and told me they couldnt take well I asked for it backI was told that I couldnt get the check back because it was shreddedSo two months later my account became over drawn by a check I believed to have been shreddedAnd I will not be getting that money back at all! And no compensation for all the late bills I've had this month because of themSo I would just like to warn you while what happened to me nay not happen to you but I can name off several others who are having issues with the apt management as wellSo good luck to you in finding a new home I hope to god you didn't pick this [redacted] hole

Now if that wasnt the end of it, that check they kept and told me they couldnt take well I asked for it back. I was told that I couldnt get the check back because it was shredded.
