According to our records, we did not sell a vehicle to [redacted] A [redacted] was sold on September 13, to a [redacted] residing at the same address as [redacted] The vehicle was sold with a day/1,mile warranty, which is our standard warranty This warranty covers the engine, transmission, and rear only At the time of purchase, the customer did not know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission A dealership employee had to deliver the vehicle to the customer's residence When the vehicle was brought in to diagnose a noise after purchase, the tech found no noise present while road testing the vehicle with the customer The customer never brought the vehicle back with any other complaints of a noise This vehicle was sold almost a year ago, to someone unfamiliar with a manual transmission, and we do not feel we are obligated to offer any monetary compensation towards the clutch repairs
