Review: The center failed to repair or replaced my car transmission, from 03/13/2014 up to date I visited the center 4 times left the the car at the center 3 times , never fixed , every time they told me they fixed & replaced parts , & keep driving for two , three weeks to let the computer reckoning the new parts, every thing still the same, my translation about to blow out any time, I can't take risk to take my kids or my family any where in the car. [redacted] odyssey 2005Desired Settlement: I requested replaced new transmission with full warranty at different center not the one I complained a bout.

Review: On September 3, 2013 I took my 2007 [redacted] sportage to [redacted]s Transmission Inc. located at [redacted] Phone ###-###-#### because my check engine light came on. Previously I had taken my car to [redacted] to have them check the reason why the light came on. [redacted] gave me a receipt showing me the cause of the check engine light it showed that I had a problem with my temperature sensor code [redacted] on the transmission. So, that's when I went to [redacted]s transmission. [redacted] checked the car and said that I needed a complete transmission overhaul and the price would be $3,631.58. I accepted his professional view of the repairs needed and the amount it would cost to fix the transmission problem. I dropped my car off on Sept. 3, 2013 and the work was completed on Sept. 6 2013. On Sept. 10, 2013 the check engine light came back on. Sept. 12, 2013 I went back to [redacted] and the troubleshooting code came back with the same code as the previous results ([redacted]). I went back to [redacted]s transmission on September 14, 2013. [redacted] himself did something with a portable machine and the check engine light went out. The check engine light came back on Sept. 17, 2013. I went back to [redacted]s shop and he promised me a loaner car to be picked up Friday Sept. 20, 2013. Called [redacted] on the phone Friday Sept. 20, 2013 and he said to call back Monday. Called [redacted] to make arrangements to drop car off and receive loaner car. [redacted] said to come in tomorrow. Called [redacted] at noon Sept. 24, 2013 he asked me the call back later. Called back at 3:30pm [redacted] ask me to come in the next day. Dropped car off to [redacted]s Sept. 25, 2013 picked up loaner car from [redacted] Car Rental. Sept 27, 2013 repairs complete. Picked my car back up from [redacted]. Oct. 12, 2013 check engine light back on. The same day went back the [redacted] with same results ([redacted]). Car back to [redacted] Oct. 14, 2013. Check engine light back on Oct. Oct. 18, 2013. Car back to [redacted] Oct 21, 13.Desired Settlement: Picked car up Oct 22, 2013. Finally on Oct 31, 2013 when the light came back on spoke to [redacted] and told him I would not let him work on my car again. A little while after that conversion the check engine light went back out. In January 2014 the check engine light came back on I made an appointment with the [redacted] service center but, before my appointment the check engine light went back off. Sometime in April 2014 the check engine light came back on and I took my car to [redacted] service center. The Tech. found code [redacted] Trans. Temp sensor fault. On that day I paid [redacted] service 135.36 So I had the work for the sensor done on April 10, 2014. The cost of this service was $469.35. On June 6, 2014 [redacted] service center replace a temp sensor harness which cost me an additional 711.26. Since having [redacted] work on my car I spent an additional 1315.97 for same problem. I would like a full refund from [redacted] Trans. Inc. All documents available for review.
