I am rejecting this response because: It is not the resolution that I wanted. I want a full refund. I WAS NOT MADE AWARE THAT THERE WOULD BE ANY CHARGES FOR AN ESTIMATE. I AM STILL VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS. I haven't started writing reviews yet, but I'm about to and they will not be not be kind. I'm also considering talking to one of the local news stations to see if they might be interested in this.
