On March 4, 2015 Mrs. [redacted]s called our office with a heating complaint, spoke to [redacted] in our shop who dispatched a mechanic to the home. We, [redacted], Inc. repaired the problem by servicing a boiler control part as per manufacturers maintenance procedure, re-installed,connected wiring, drained...

excess water from system, checked all operating and safety controls-left job site heating running. Three days short of a month, April 4, 2015 Mrs. [redacted] called our shop to complain of a heating problem, which the same mechanic arrived within three hours of her call. He looked at the system, but told her the shop would call the next morning to get back over so we can spend time to see what for sure is happening. The following morning our shop received four phone calls at approximately 8:20-8:35 AM from a person stating to be Mrs. [redacted]s son, a lawyer who was going to sue us for taking advantage of a senior, all the while yelling into the phone ( everyone in the shop heard ). I had made an appointment to go to the house that morning so we could see what was going on, my exact words to Mrs. [redacted]s was that the mechanic will not leave the front step of your home until this problem is solved, he will call the shop from your home and I will make sure it's resolved. She told us later that morning not only did she not want us to come to her home, but the same mechanic stopped by later to see what he could do, but was meet outside the house and told to leave. I even offered a different mechanic just in case that was a problem, answer- no. If the [redacted]s think that taking advantage is by not knowing there will be a problem with a heating unit or anything else on this planet, almost a month later, then they are truly gifted people. As of this point we will not tolerate abusive or harassing phone call and or correspondence. Thank You, [redacted], Inc.

Review: Kobb Plumbing,Just because you have been in business for 100 years does not give you the right to provide bad service and take advantage of a Senior citizen living on her own.You sent a worker to [redacted] home ([redacted]) to fix a water sensor which failed and flooded some of the homes floors. Your worker then came replaced probe and clean sensor, (which by his own words said should last for a few years. Now three weeks later the same thing happened again, with the new installedprobe provided by your employee. You may have been there 100 years, so has my family who own one of largest commercial and private realty companies. I will go out of my way to make people aware of how you treat senior citizens, and the type of flim flam deal you are trying to pull on her.And you're worker is not the only person who attends church, mosque, temple... We have been in englewood as long as you have just ask any PTO member. I am asking you to do the right thing and replace the faulty probe or WHAT EVER IS NEEDED TO FIX THE ISSUE, and she should not have to pay full price considering you did not fix it the 1st time and charged her.Desired Settlement: with out charge or replaced with big discount
