I am rejecting this response because: I am disappointed, of courseIt appears that no amount of logic, nor honesty, regarding the situation makes a dent in what they have carved out as their positionWhat is truly paramount to the company is that they "stand by" their version of eventsIt is unfortunate (for me) that they apparently cannot even entertain the idea that their technician just may have been at faultFrankly, if they had seen his behavior that day in general, they would not doubt it at allNor, can they accept a compromise action, with an option not to accept liability attached to it, by offering me $2500, the cost of my homeowner's deductible for the claim I have had to makeThen, letting our respective insurance companies work out the rest of itYou know, one of the companies dealing with my home restoration made a significant error during the course of their workBut, they stepped right up, took responsibility for it, rectified it, and there are no conflicts between usThey showed a corporate character which Golden State has not been able to find in themselvesIt's a shame, actuallyNot just for me, but for them tooI will also pursue other avenues in an effort to receive some compensation to assist me with the costs of my forced "remodeling." I really and truly should not have to pay the price for the negligence of a Golden State Plumbing employee [redacted] ***
Golden State Plumbing Service INCreceived a work order for [redacted] regarding replacement of water softener that was covered under the home warranty insurance on June 24th at 8:amOur plumbers arrived on time as per scheduledThe plumbers never touched the washing machine/ dryer or any hooks ups pertaining to themWhen the plumbers completed the work order the customer [redacted] was very happy with her servicesTwo days later Golden State Plumbing received a call from the customer stating the washer machine line had rusted and bustedWe informed the customer we never had anything to do with the washer/ dryer unitsGolden State Plumbing Services INCis not liable for any issues that have occurred outside of the water softener installation Sincerely, [redacted] President Golden State Plumbing INC
