In response to Mr [redacted] complaint it is full of inaccuracyFirst of all, When Mr [redacted] called to ask about the condition of the tractor I told him that I have limited knowledge of the tractorHe asked me questions about the tractor and I was as helpful as I could beHe askedme about the parking brake and I said "as far as I know it works." Mr [redacted] did not take the time to inspect the tractor on his own prior to bidding on the tractorI simply answered his questions to the best of my knowledgeMr [redacted] was not the person who came to pithe tractor, he sent someone elseThis person "inspected the tractor" and then came into my office and informed me that Mr [redacted] was not going to pay the full price for the tractor because the parking brake did not workI Informed this person that Mr [redacted] entered into a legal biding contract and is obligated to pay the full price regardless of the condition of the tractorThis person left my office to speak to Mr [redacted] on the phone, he returned a few minutes later and told me that he was not going to be taking the tractor home and that Mr [redacted] needs to "think about it"I told him that this is not how an auction works and that I would be debiting Mr [redacted] 's credit card for the full amount of the tractorHe said "that's fine" and leftI attempted to debit Mr [redacted] 's credit card on file and it was declinedAccording to the terms of the auction Mr [redacted] had until the next day to return and pay for the tractor, he did notI later sold the tractor to the contending bidder for $ [redacted] less that the original bid.The truth of the matter is that Mr [redacted] lives two hours from my auction siteHe did not take time to personally inspect the tractorHe won the bid and then looked for an excuse to lower the price to his advantageWhen I refused to negotiate the price he backed out, putting me in a very bad position with the seller.I would like you to know that I do disclose defects that I am aware ofI take great pride in my good reputationI believe in treating people with respect and honesty. If there is anything you can do to assist me in collecting my loss from Mr [redacted] that would be much appreciatedI have attached a copy of the terms & conditions of the auctionMr [redacted] registered to bid agreeing to the terms. Please reply to confirm receipt

This is [redacted] with a complaint number of [redacted] against Lee real estate & auction serviceI am having a hard time navigating the Revdex.com page so I will attach some files I am sure you have seen some of the files already Fileis of the complaint that I had filed File 2&is the responds File is the description of tractor on their website File is the tractor in another guys shed the next day File is audio that he told us the park brake worked Lee real estate and auction service had in the description very straight and clean tractor When we had called he told us that park brake worked When I got out there to pick it up it did take more then feet of driving it to find out that not only did the park brake not work, but also he clutch slipped very easilyThese are not minor problems, I am not worried about the paint, the decals, tires, or the interior of the tractor, but I am worried about the bigger problems like the engine , transmission, park brake and clutch, in this case the park brake and clutchThese items cost a lot of money to repair After I found these items did not work, we asked if they would help us out by waiving the 10% buyers premium of $ [redacted] which would not cover parts or labor [redacted] told me "no we do not negotiate" I then reminded him that he did tell us that the park brake workedHis responds was "I am and was looking out for myself." to then which I said, "so that means you or lee auction can not be trucsted and are lairs?" In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint it is full of inaccuracy. First of all, When Mr. [redacted] called to ask about the condition of the tractor I told him that I have limited knowledge of the tractor. He asked me questions about the tractor and I was as helpful as I could be. He...

askedme about the parking brake and I said "as far as I know it works." Mr. [redacted] did not take the time to inspect the tractor on his own prior to bidding on the tractor. I simply answered his questions to the best of my knowledge. Mr. [redacted] was not the person who came to pick-up the tractor, he sent someone else. This person "inspected the tractor" and then came into my office and informed me that Mr. [redacted] was not going to pay the full price for the tractor because the parking brake did not work. I Informed this person that Mr. [redacted] entered into a legal biding contract and is obligated to pay the full price regardless of the condition of the tractor. This person left my office to speak to Mr. [redacted] on the phone, he returned a few minutes later and told me that he was not going to be taking the tractor home and that Mr. [redacted] needs to "think about it". I told him that this is not how an auction works and that I would be debiting Mr. [redacted]'s credit card for the full amount of the tractor. He said "that's fine" and left. I attempted to debit Mr. [redacted]'s credit card on file and it was declined. According to the terms of the auction Mr. [redacted] had until the next day to return and pay for the tractor, he did not. I later sold the tractor to the contending bidder for $[redacted] less that the original bid.The truth of the matter is that Mr. [redacted] lives two hours from my auction site. He did not take time to personally inspect the tractor. He won the bid and then looked for an excuse to lower the price to his advantage. When I refused to negotiate the price he backed out, putting me in a very bad position with the seller.I would like you to know that I do disclose defects that I am aware of. I take great pride in my good reputation. I believe in treating people with respect and honesty. If there is anything you can do to assist me in collecting my loss from Mr. [redacted] that would be much appreciated. I have attached a copy of the terms & conditions of the auction. Mr. [redacted] registered to bid agreeing to the terms. Please reply to confirm receipt.

This is [redacted] with a complaint number of [redacted] against Lee real estate & auction service. I am having a hard time navigating the Revdex.com page so I will attach some files.  I am sure you have seen some of the files already.  File1 is of the complaint that I had filedFile 2&3 is the responds File 4 is the description of tractor on their websiteFile 5 is the tractor in another guys shed the next day File 6 is audio that he told us the park brake workedLee real estate and auction service had in the description very straight and clean tractor.  When we had called he told us that park brake worked.  When I got out there to pick it up it did take more then 40 feet of driving it to find out that not only did the park brake not work, but also he clutch slipped very easily. These are not minor problems, I am not worried about the paint, the decals, tires, or the interior of the tractor, but I am worried about the bigger problems like the engine , transmission, park brake and clutch, in this case the park brake and clutch. These items cost a lot of money to repair.   After I found these items did not work, we asked if they would help us out by waiving the 10% buyers premium of $[redacted] which would not cover parts or labor.  [redacted] told me "no we do not negotiate"   I then reminded him that he did tell us that the park brake worked. His responds was "I am and was looking out for myself."   to then which I said, "so that means you or lee auction can not be trucsted  and are lairs?"   He repeated "I was looking out for myself and that you should do the same."        At that time I went out of the office and cancelled my credit card, so he could not debit it.  I then went back in and told him that " I would not be taking the tractor today"   He then told me that "you have till noon tomorrow to pick it up. after that we will charge you for storage per a day.  And this is not how an auction works."     That was on friday. That next day, saturday, we seen pictures of that tractor in someone else shed, file 5.   I do agree with [redacted] with this is not how an auction works.   An auctioneer should not be able to misrepresent an item or lie about it.     Also when we got the letter from [redacted], it had on there that we owed him $[redacted], which does not add up. The next highest bid was $[redacted] that would put the buyers premium at $1300 of which the next highest bid would owe.   The   difference of $1100.  I do not believe we owe [redacted] that or anything, since he misrepresented and lied about the tractor. When you ,[redacted], or anybody receives this, please call, text or email me. my cell is 507 330 0439
