The entire experience working with this company was an overall nightmareFrom negating to explain who needed to be present for closing to having to review documents multiple times because the company was unable to get them correctWe had to have our closing statement amended times due to the lack of knowledge and professionalism by their staffThey failed to acknowledge invoices received from companies for payments due at closing, which resulted in $worth of shortage that was owedI went over each statement and admit after a while the numbers ran togetherHowever this should not have been missed by the company and was a large mistake on their partI contacted the company to allow them to resolve the issue on their own accord and they refused to do soThis company is holding me financially liable for their mistakeThe extreme lack of professionalism we experience while at closing with these people was astonishingIt was like they felt they had better things to do and were

First American was the title company that took care of closing and the closing date was 04/25/This is with regards to unpaid HOA assessments from prior owner that are still appearing on my statement and letter from debt collectorPlease find the latest such statement attached and please note the items underlinedI have called numerous times over the last months since closing and spoken to multiple people at your office regarding the unpaid dues from prior ownerI have called the HOA multiple times to check if any payment was received from the title company and they have confirmed multiple times that they have not received any paymentI have also sent past statements multiple times to your office and spoke to several people and explained the line itemsEvery time I am told this will be taken care of and that someone will reach out to me once it is resolvedI never hear from First American again until I call or e-mailOver the last months as the attached statement shows
