Last week I filed a complaint ,about the warranty issue with the new mattress we boughtthank you for contacting the mattress firm on our issueWe were contacted by Mattress firm ,and all issues were taken care of.we were able to get a better mattress for a small increase in cost,do to the
mattress we had was the top of the line for that style.Our issue was NOT with the sales people ,but with the warranty process .thank you for helping us out sincerely Albert /Linda DeMarco ALL issues were taken care of
