We contacted our customer, and she brought her vehicle back into us 7/18/She had two concerns (Tire Pressure Monitor and Radio Volume control) which we did get repairedOur customer is currently in a loaner, she will pick up her vehicle Monday 7/24/At that time she will also be picking up
two programmed keys for her vehicleWe strive for excellent customer serviceWhen one of our customers are dissatisfied we want to do everything possible to correct the situation

has 67,milesApplying the guide of "every 6,miles" for having the vehicle's engine oil changed would mean that *** *** should have had the oil changed times since his last oil change with Ron Carter AlvinCross-threading of any bolt only occurs when tightening it, not when loosening or removing it** *** brought his vehicle to us on @ 8:A.M He requested we perform a Lube, Oil, & Filter Service, Tire Rotation, and perform a factory issued recall. The vehicle was first dispatched to have the Oil & Filter Service , Tire Rotation performedOur Technician raised *** *** vehicle in the air to begin performing the Oil & Filter ServiceWhen he began removing the oil drain plug he noticed it was coming out with difficulty ( they usually come out with relative ease ) At this point he stopped removal of the drain plug and notified the Shop Foreman who went to the vehicle to inspect itHe used his flashlight to inspect the drain plug and saw that threads were coming out with the plug, a classic sign that the oil drain plug was either over-tightened or cross-threaded** *** was then notified of the problem and he asserted that we had caused the problem We assured him we had not and he, authorized the oil pan to be replaced.Based on the above statements of facts, we find no basis for reimbursement to *** *** for the replacement of the oil panIt is unfortunate, and possibly one of the prior service facilities where he had the oil changed will accommodate his request
