We signed a year extended warranty contract with ACC...and [redacted] was our contact Total payment was $ Eight months later we had our first RV problem - an inverter went bad ACC cancelled our contract...would not order or pay for the parts needed Promised a refund ...but it's over a year later and not refund...Will not come to phone or respond to email DO not do business with this company Talk with RV repair shops about ACC...you will get an ear full

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This man's response is completely untruthful He is clearly trying to cover up his horific and rude interaction with a customer The verbal offer I made for the car was $ My wife can witness to that Even if I had offered half of his asking price which he asserted, there is no reason to respond the way he did Also, the car clearly had paint overspray on the headlight He doesn't dispute that He wants to 'always go by Carfax,' because he knows they can't accurately verify what someone does in a back yard garage To all consumers, my advice is avoid this business at all costs They have zero integrity Regards, [redacted]

I am writing at your request to clarify my complaint against Magic Star Auto Sales The real crux of my complaint is not the price dispute but rather the crude and rude manner in which the salesman spoke to me He treated me with utter disrespect and used dispariging and demeaning remarks toward me I'm not sure why he did that? Perhaps he was unhappy with the price I offered However, as your email stated, in a free market society both consumer and seller has every right to offer or state any price they choose for goods Therefore, as I see it no salesman has a right to be upset simply because they don't agree with a price the consumer offers I would like to recieve a letter of explaination as to why any salesman would be cross and rude with a potential customer? It simply makes no business senseIn the coming months my family intends to purchase two new vehicles (due to the fact my wife is expecting) as our current vehicles will not meet our needs So this mans actions very likely could have just cost this business over $35,dollars This is because we plan on buying one used car for $10,or less and a newer SUV in the mid twenty thousand dollar range We currently have the money to make these transactions and do not need any financing so we expect to find good deals with our hard earned money I will continue to bargan for good deals and am certain that we will meet a car dealer who is much more deserving of our business

hellowe did the best we can for the customer to help them out but they wanted more things and the customer was very rude !!!!

We placed a down payment to ACC Warranty for dollars in June as our old warranty from another company expired at the end of JuneWe agreed to pay a monthly payment after that for an additional months MrBurgess, the alleged president of the company was not a professional man from the beginning and that should have been my first clue but we needed the extra peace of mind that an extended warranty provides as our business takes us on the road I sent the payment in on a Thursday via on-line The following Monday we were terminated because MrBurgess accused us of committing a fraudulent act in violation of our contract This was three days after we sent our payment in-long enough for the payment to clear our bank and into his hands MrBurgess told us he was going to keep our money for days because, "he could", all the time accusing us of trying to scam service on our RV We had questions we needed answered and he (MrBurgess) became angry and suspended our email account and refused to answer any phone calls from that point on We immediately contacted our financial institution and tried to stop payment but it was too late Here it is in early September of and we have yet to receive our refund Do not do business with this company MrBurgess is rude, obnoxious and cannot be trusted to deliver anything he tells you over the phone He is arrogant and obviously a thief as he has no intention of returning our money
