Our Response: Our business involves caring for living beings and therefore we take our business seriously. When customer had filled out online paperwork listing herself as the emergency contact I communicated with her telling her that she could not list herself as an emergency contact. I
explained that in the case of an emergency(such as the death of the owner of the animals in out care) we would need a contact number of someone who could make decisions concerning the continued care of their pets. Customer stated she would not provide us that information as it was private and should an emergency arise she could be contacted. I then told customer we would be unable to care for her pets. We will not provide care to anyone who will not provide a emergency contact. This has never been a issue before. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our policies
