Representatives from Lee’s Counter Tapps Tops, George and Ron, met with Mrs [redacted] on Friday November 13,@ 9:00am to hear her concerns and make a determination in this matter She indicates that the color she saw on the web site and the one George showed her are differentThey showed her a copy of the color (computer / web site print out and oversized sample) and assured her that the color we made was the same as what she picked out She does not completely agree with this and seems to think the web site and sample she saw at time of sale misrepresents the actual color she wantedShe indicated that the installer and salesperson treated her well during the processHer son inquired as to what it would take to change the color of her tops and was told that the offer that had been previously made stands ($550) to “help” offset the costs since our company has honored all of its commitmentsMrs [redacted] and son had a private meeting, she then returned and stated that her son was offering to pay for the change in color but she declinesShe indicated that she would keep the countertops as is, understanding that finalization of the install process still remainedAs a good faith effort, she was offered and accepted a $price reduction (cost of install) with the understanding that this in no way is an admission of guilt or wrong doing by this companyWe completed the installation today, November 18,and the balance due will be $

it is True Ron and George came here, with a copy of the Revdex.com complaint I had written. I ask my son to be here due to the rude way I had been treated. My son did offer to pay for a different counter, the one George told me to pick out, not anything I had demanded. I wanted the color I picked and I did not get it. I refused for my son to pay it, he was only offering because he knew how upset I was. He cannot afford the extra cost for their mistake either. Then to add to the rudeness, a lady called from Lee's and ask me when I was going to pay the balance, I told her I had called and ask for a bill with the bal I only had a bill with the amount. Since I have not reason to trust themThey couldcome back and say I did not pay enough. She said she sent me a new bill by email, I told her I did not receive it. She said you must have. She said she would send it againa week later she called , very rude when I told her I still don't have a new bill. She demanded payment, said She was going to mail me one. She ask me to pay it now over phone with a cc. I said No, not till I get a corrected bill. I told her to mail one, and she said she would. Later that day I looked on my paper work from them and they havethe wrong email address writtenShe must have emailed to the wrong email. I tried to call back and tell her that she was so rude to me, when it was her fault. The girl thatanswered the phone came back and said she is getting ready to clock out for the day so she couldn't talk to me. This was a 3:pm. She just did not want to talk to meSo again, I was treated so rudely by another member of the Lee's crew. I feel their answer to my complaint was in no way met, and my disclaimer , as they did, that Iam not considering the lowered price as any compensation for me not getting the top I ordered
